RON RICH spent more than twenty years as a teacher and school administrator championing the love of reading with both students and fellow educators. As a Children’s Book Specialist for Barnes & Noble, he entertained audiences of over 100 listeners each week with songs, stories, and lively readings.
In the mid-1990s, Ron also hosted the local weekly radio program The Radio Reader, sharing his passion for books with the broader community.
Now living in Lakewood, Colorado, Ron continues to celebrate language through reading, writing, and a lifelong devotion to the study of rhyme and wordplay. When he’s not crafting playful verses, he enjoys playing the harp and spoiling his little black-and-white Havanese dog, Lucy.
